Privacy policy
ATUR collects only what we need to deliver our services: your name, email, business details you share with us, and account / payment metadata for purchases. We don't sell data. We don't run third-party advertising trackers. Anonymous analytics are aggregated.
We use Lovable Cloud (managed Supabase) for authentication, data storage, and orders. We use Lovable AI gateway for AI-assisted generation in ATUR Studio — your generation prompts are processed by upstream model providers (Google, OpenAI) and not retained for training under our gateway agreement.
Terms of service
By using atur.co (and subdomains), you agree to use the site, products, and platform in good faith. ATUR provides organisational frameworks, consulting services, and AI-assisted tooling. We make no guarantee of business outcomes — your results depend on disciplined execution. We try our best to help you achieve the results you want, but operating the structure is yours.
ATUR's frameworks and SOF documentation are proprietary. Digital products are licensed for use within your own organisation only — no redistribution, white-labelling, or resale.
Refund policy
Digital products: refundable within 7 days of purchase if not yet downloaded. Email ator.co.hq@gmail.com with your order ID.
Services: governed by individual engagement contracts. Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation.
